Tips for murdering the Anor Londo knights.
Is it possible to parry these guys? I assume the sword guy can be parried, but I'm not so sure about the spear one. Just wondering if I'm wasting my time trying to parry him.

Practice makes perfect. Since you're littearlly right next to the bonfire while fighting the first two...just practice parrying timings.

The bigger knights you encounter from Anor Londo on in particular are the enemies I struggle with. Right now I'm using heavier gear and I struggle to land hits on them without trading half my health or more. So I figured I'd maybe practice parrying them if it was possible. Thanks for confirming guys. :)

So with a little more practice I have pulled off a couple parries against the spear knight. It seems the attacks where he charges his spear with lightning are actually the easiest ones to parry. Was previously avoiding those ones specifically to avoid the larger chip I assumed I'd take from a less than perfect parry.

Do you guys know if the Cathedral Knights and the 3 golden fat knights in Lothric and Grand Archives can also be parried? The wiki isn't really clear on this.

Are you saying the heavier gear is pointless, just saying I used the wrong name for them, or do you mean something else entirely?

I like the Astora Greatsword R2 that basically poke -> knock down the Knight till they are dead. But otherwise bait them then backstab works.

Fish for backstabs.

Hold big shield > Block > Hit > Block > Hit > Block > Hit

Silver/Black Knights have always had tight parry windows.
