Decreasing Soul level

I have been playing darksouls 3 for some time now and have reached a soul level of 173 on my charaqcter. Unfortunately I didn't know about the souls level meta or anything and now i never see any pvp summon signs and never get automatically summoned. Even after pontiff sulivan where there used to be at leat 15 summon signs there are only at most 3 at a time. I would really like the ability to decrease the soul level of my character. Any body know how I could do that? Thanks.

Nope. No way to decrease level outside of resetting your save to a previous version before you had level.

I mean you can use cheat engine, but you'd have to ensure that your stats line up PERFECTLY with what you should have at your level.

No way mah friend, u will have to create another one, sadly... but u can trade ur souls items with a friend of yours, then he can repass it to ur new character, so it become less painful to reach the meta lvl u want

Considering that weapon equipment will lock high level players at 7-10 weapon bracket anyways its odd that Rosaria cannot reset SL as well.

If FROM is worried about twinks just disable SL reset until players are at the highest weapon upgrade bracket.

1: get a friend
2: set a password
3: summon that friend
4: give stuff to friend
5: make new character
6: get character summoned by friend
7: get stuff from friend.

Appart from the fact that he can't give ,lets say +9 weapon to character that don't have +9 weapon aswell. Same goes with slabs etc.

Yeah it is really odd. Hopefully they can give Rosaria that ability in a patch or something.

Wow, aggressive.

End game armor doesn't mean ♥♥♥♥ in the early game, cause R1 spam is prevalent.
Can't trade +/-2 based on the lower characters upgrade level.
Rings have a minor increase across the board, the only ring that is WORTH it to twink with is the Stoneplate Series. (and a lot of people are starting to beat the game with low level characters anyways, so this is null and void; NG's don't block you, so you can be invaded with an NG+++ character when you're only NG, as long as the levels and upgrades align)

It's easy to twink, but its not worth it to twink, especially when you compare this twinking to ds1 twinking; you think people would pop an ember if they knew they could be invaded by someone wearing fully upgraded armor, and a +5 chaos weapon?
