Vordt is seriously one of the hardest bosses in the game

ive already beaten the game as a pure str build and got through it quite easy but now im doing a dex mage character ive died to this boss 6 times now, his attacks do insane amounts of damage and hes insanely unpredictable, this is the only boss other than pontiff ive had trouble on lol

I could literally do the full boss fight suffering no damage, and I'm not even that good.

He is kinda right tho, on my first playthrough Vordt was the one I died the most, manly because of shortage of Estus and poor weapon choices avaliable, I think that putting a boss like this in an early area is what made it so difficulty ...

Yeah, Taurus Demon is the hardest boss in Dark 1. One time he hit me and I flew off of the wall to my death, it was terrible. I was so embarrassed when I respawned at the bonfire.

Well everyone has their Nemesis I guess. In my case I died 11 times to Crystal Sage and later beat the Pontiff on 1st try.

-he does about 80% of your health in one hit
-barely any estus
-flails around like mad

i dunno i find these kinda bosses the hardest, ♥♥♥♥ like champion gundyr are a pushover because they're easily telegraphed with their attacks, this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ jumps around too much

Honestly.. Ludex and Vordt are basicaly just toturial bosses.

I'd say yeah, Iudex, Vordt, and Gimmick-tree are tutorial bosses.

Vordt is easy
1st phase-stay under/near belly
2nd phase-bait and dodge his 3 charge attack and wreck him at the end when he does frost breath
