NG+
When I first fought that knight on the rafters, he just walked right off to his death like an idiot after I got his attention with a shortbow. Meanwhile the ones with swords are perfect acrobats sprinting after me with no issues, and I'm running for my life to reach the rosaria's.
Later, I wiki up heavy crossbow. kill that guy 5 times, going all the way down to ground floor when his body falls instead of staying on the rafters, nope, nothing. So sorry I couldn't see the item 500 feet below in the mud I didn't know would only spawn the first time I killed them. yeesh.
Considering all the enemies that already magically warp items directly into your inventory when you kill them, that just makes "Whoops, you didn't stop to pick it up due to cirtcumstances!" drops item on floor enemies that much more silly.
"Git Gud" also applies to game developers. Hey I see you've discovered QoL on unique drops being directly placed into your inventory, this is great! Good job-oh you're only going to use it arbitrarily? Can you describe why in a way that doesn't include "We were lazy" or "Well, you should have just picked it up LOL"?
If you have personally farmed them for it to get on later kills though, I'll definitly take your word for it though.
Please tell me you've personally confirmed this.
I still stand by "Hey, if you already have enemies who place unique items directly into your inventory on death, why not use that all the time instead of seemingly at random?" for other stuff, such as the exile's greatsword.
people go into NG + and don't particularly want 7 exile greatswords in their inventory..
If you to trust me I can give you one or two, but that's up to you.
How do you put up with getting duplicate drops from all the other times you get them in this game? Do you just alt F4 hoping you closed the game before it saved adding it to yout inventory?
lol at you getting all aggro. Why upgrade multiple of the same weapon when you can just infuse the same one differently? wasting like 100 titanite chunks to experiment with infusions... mad bro.
How's about you just pick up the drops like a normal person instead of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because you decided to run through the level instead of taking your time?
Out of all flavors you chose salty?
That's exactly what it is, yes. There are also some upgraded versions of rings in different spots.
Good job completly ignoring "Hey, how come they have QoL direct inventory placement on so many unique items, but didn't bother on others?"
I swear, you really do need a threshold of "Git Gud" for these games, but some people just sort of shut their minds off and try to apply it to everything.
You seem the one riled up.
Actually, it would take less than 30 minutes to get ~100 Titanite Chunks... as you can farm 75k+ souls + Titanite Chunk drops from the actual mobs (3x chance) in about 1:30-2 min runs. NG+ even more...
It would definitely be more ideal to have multiple types of a weapon you like permanent rather than constantly swap between infusions and you wouldn't need anywhere near 100 chunks anyways... The amount needed would be faster to farm than the rarer gems generally.
Sorry, bro.
