I need lore help, why is frampt in the archives

The flow of time is convoluted

Because the Primordial Serpents were the inhabitants of the Deep, before the Deep became a place of corruption. Many scholars see the Deep as a window into the power of the Abyss, and, as such, the Primordial Serpents are likely revered by said scholars.

Kaathe is tied to Londor and the Hollow ending, so Frampt most likely had something to do with producing Lothric as a Lord of Cinder. More will come out in the DLC I'm sure.

It is not Kingseeker Frampt, it is Darkstalker Kaathe.

He was the one that advised Prince Lothric to stay away from fire. He always wanted Age of Dark, never to prolong Age of Fire.

He is prbably somewhere in Anor Londo, with Hollows, Darkwraiths and rest of his fun bunch.

He is also big fan of Aldrich, which would explain how he become Devour of Gods, tieing up loose ends from the first game.

My guess and hope is that each DLC will focus around one of the Primordial Serpents (or the revelation that they are, in fact, heads of a single Primordial Hydra).

It's also possible that Kaathe/Frampt are what was called the Angels(the statues have angel wings) Their worship was forbidden for some reason.

Also it is incredibly likely that Frampt, along with other possible primordial serpents, are the angels referenced in the Winged Knights Armor set. If you look at the statue it has tiny wings on its back.
So at somepoint in time the serpents made contact with the royal family, particulalry influencing the Heavenly Daughter Gertrude, leading to her imprisonment for following the heretical serpents.
