Shhhhhh! Keep it that way!

I love perseverance, use it all the time ;)
using it when the attack is already coming and is surely to hit you is where it is,but yea, most just spam it and i sit here like "wtf"...then some guy comes and uses it right as i attack ,then im like "lets go".
You can still 2 hand it in offhand, get the effect and then mash your way to glory with a danksword.
Experienced pvp players from previous games learned to never hit more than 2 times in a row, unless you're going to delay your attacks. Players who delay their attacks will not be caught out by your temporary poise which only lasts 1.5(?) seconds.
It does catch brainless R1 spammers I'm not trying to say that it doesn't work, but there are much more effective methods already available that are not restricted to a specific pool of weapons.
