You'd probably have to get blessed infusions on both of your shield / weapon slots and use the HP restore ring, but even then I'm not quite sure it'll be enough :/

There are only a few farming areas (i use) and for all of those the estus should be plenty to keep you healthy till you homeward and start the next cycle.

symbol of avarice is -10 HP per 0.7second.

use a blessed infused shield for +3 hp per second, sun princess ring for +5 hp per second
Then throw on the blessed weapon buff, or infuse a weapon with blessed as well for an additional +3hp per second

thats how you can do it with minimal faith investment with the downside of having no 100% resist shield and a semi weak weapon.
