I was alt tabbed and when I came back to Dark Souls 3 I left clicked, swung my greatsword and one shotted her.

If you killed the Shrine Handmaid (the one who sells stuff) she will increase her prices everytime you kill here. Pray at the shrine of Velka for absolution to reduce the prices to normal.

If you killed the firekeeper, nothing happens.

Yep, thanks guys I got the name wrong. The handmaiden (who was a firekeeper I think?) Anyway, she is back, pissed off, and everything costs a lot more.
