Create a boss.

I'm working on a mod to add some bosses in the game but I don't have any idea for making bosses so please help me.
How ?
1-Give him a name
2-Where he is in the game
3-Make a physical description or a drawing or something else for his look
4-Describe the arena
5-His weapon, what it look like
6-His combo (if he has a grab attack), how many damage which one does
7-His part (when he get anger or more agressive)
8-And (it's mandatory) give the name of a song for the boss, it could be an existant song or a created song.

Well I hope there will be a some good boss.

Why are you modding a game that clearly states in it's EULA that you are not allowed to? Stay out of the kitchen, if you can't handle the heat.

True about the banning part, but you need an actual skill to do the coding that not everyone has. You could make the mod for dark souls 1 so you wouldn't get banned for using it.
