How do I get to the grand archives?

I'm all finished with Untended grave. Not really sure how to get to the grand archives.

The Grand Archives is after Dragonslayer Armour, Untended Graves is a completely optional side area. Grand Archives is locked until you've done the first 3 Lords of Cinder as well.

First three lords of cinder? I have Aldrich, Yhorm, and Abyss Walkers in my inv. Is that them?

Yes, those are them. I'm not sure if you have to place them on their thrones or not, but you have to beat Dragonslayer Armour, the boss of Lothric Castle, to get to the Grand Archives door.

You need to ask Seathe the Scaless for permission to use his archives. He's very particular about who he lets in.

Yes only way to go there is by beating dragon slayer armor no other way
