Blessed Gem farming spot?

My build relies mostly on faith and blessed gems are valuable to me, I've already used the one I got from the Cathedral and the one you get from trading Eygon's shield to the crow. I should mention that I am not extremely far into the game, I'm currently in the Catacombs.
I thought the best place to farm it was the Winged Knight in High Wall, but after 45+ tries, I've grown tired of it. Does anyone know any better places to farm the gem at this part of the game?

i think there isnt a better place, but u can increase ur drop-rate with humanity,
"covetous golden serpent ring" ,
" symbol of avarice ( mimic head ) " ,
" crystal sage rapier" and coins
