Still need "Farron Ring"

I talked to Hawkeye after killing The Abyss Watchers, he didn't give me the ring after talking to him a few times the dialouge was repeating itself so I killed him since wiki said he drops it. Guess what he didn't drop it. So now I have to either hope one kind sir feels like giving me one or I have to beat the whole game and go into NG+ to get another chance. I need this ring in my build so therefore I must have it.

Were you talking to him after placing their cinders on the throne? Also note that you can only get it from killing him later on. Also it's Hawkwood, not Hawkeye.

Don't worry, it's mostly useless anyways. You can usually get away with pulling out an offhand simple infused weapon / shield for two seconds. And with the extra ring slot you save, you can equip something that boosts your stats, and if you really want, take the points out of whatever was increased with the ring and add a few points to attunement, which will allow you to still use your weapon art more, make your ashen estus waste less on use, and give attunement slots.

I still want it. I don't like using ashen estus and therefore i want to have less FP cost

You can infuse a offhand with a Simple Gem to regen FP.
Course that depends on your build of how often you spam FP, but there are better rings.
