best boss to farm souls ?

i tried to find the souls the give for summums but didnt find anything. i just did yorm and it gives 15k, oceiros 14k but this is prettty low its like to find at least a 20k boss

You're kinda outta luck guy. They get tough at the next soul count tier. Oceiros was great for me, I have a faith build and he's weak to lightning so I smacked his arse a dozen times in an hour.

nameless king gives 20k. it's also good because in my experience it never takes more than 20 seconds for someone to use my sign (did it about 10 times). usually less than 10.

Yhorm, oddly enough. Not due to how many souls he gives, but due to how rapidly he dies with multiple players all wielding stormruler.

Buuuuut.. uh.. if the host cant handle Yhorm without phantoms, you mayyyyyyy want to put on a skull ring or use spells to keep them away from the host.

Seriously that guy is either in a huge rush or really really doesn't know what their doing.

Nameless king. You'll get good at rolling and you get summon instantly every time.

By which I mean, for 20k+ bosses. They get pretty beez in the trap after that.

no boss is really good b/c they give so little souls.. your better off clearing zones with people. I get upwards to 100k clearing from the main zone to the boss. Popular areas with lots of enemies is good...

I'm pretty sure you could farm a lot more souls in your own world just by going to some areas with lots of enemies that give a good amount of souls. Silver Knights at Anor Londo for example.

I don't know if it gives the most souls, but Nameless King is a good one if you want to do co-op boss fights. Everyone gets wrecked by nameless king so you will get summoned instantly.

farming bosses for souls doesnt seem to time effective to me, as they dont give that many souls and the risk involved in failing to kill him plus the downtime every summon. I think farming some mobs near bonfire is the best way altough quite boring. The 4 knights at the top of the stairs right before the twin princes bonfire was quite good farming at ng, haven't tried ng+ yet. Edit: make sure u have all items that gives bonus souls, ring, shield and mimic head.

I will be a bit different and recommend Dragonslayer armor, pretty much instant summons and very slow and predictable. I think he gives 18k or something can't really remember since I only farmed him for sunbro medals. Only problem is that he sometimes one-shots hosts with low VIG...

Ive given some thought to this. Bosses dont seem net you all that much in the first run as a summon.
Im pretty sure you would make more dosh just dropping your sign at the start of a area and running through area with a random.
Have not tested this, But I think its probably true.

If you want souls and it sounds like you have already killed oceiros go to archdragon peak with your hardest hitting weapon and kill the drakeblood knights as they infinatly spawn in the same spot aswell as giving 4000 souls a kill (excluding the silver serpant ring) making it the fastest way to currently gain souls. Hope this helped have fun dieing!

Yhorm is the way to go, 2 phantoms + host spam StormBringer = boss dead in under a min.

I use shield of want in my left slot and +10 zwei in my right with the mendicant staff to swap too and the symbol of avarice on my head with the Covetous Silver Serpent Ring, then I go to Grand Archives and take the lift up to where the three winged knights are, I fight them one by one and just before I recieve the souls switch to the Mendicant staff, each kill nets 30k and all three give around 92k, then coiled sword out rinse and repeat.
