The thief also sells arrows and so does Patches. The thief (I can't remember his name... Greihart something, I don't know), can also sells great arrows, assuming he manages to return alive.

She has feather arrows, wooden arrows, and I believe later she gets dark arrows (which aren't cheap) and other ones like lascerating or something else if I remember right.

But yes it's connected with ashes. She gets more as you give her more ashes.

I meant specifically wooden, which I'm 90% certain she always sells.

You can buy infinite arrows, but you can't have infinite arrows. The NPC's that sells arrows never run out of them, but you can stack more than 198, 99 in your equipment and 99 in the stash, that for every tipe of normal arrow, the heavy arrows have different values, obviously less.

Really kind of stupif they put a 99 arrow cap on storage, when basically everything else including resins and the like can store up to 600. But then again, From did a lot of stupid sh*t with this game.

Which after seeing the Poise and Mage changes I tyhought was quite fair. I still am doing fine with arrows, so far.

You can only carry 99 arrows. Your store is uncapped.

Same with every other item in the game

Except storage is capped at 600 for most if not all items, including arrows and bolts.
