So just lost an item at the crow's nest

Just traded the item and the second it dropped I got put on offline mode for an FPS drop and of course when I got back the item was gone so now Im geussing there is no way I can get it back

Most lizards do NOT drop Twinkling Titanite, they drop random Titanite, please.

You're kidding right? All I drop on crystal lizards is twinkling. Like the entire game? Maybe not the first area but all I remember seeing is twinkling every time.

If by endgame you mean at Firelink shrine, Farron keep, Crystal Sage, Cathedral of the Deep etc, than sure.
