Dark Souls 3 coop level range
ive been having difiicutly trying to get summoned by other players. im at grand archives at lvl 29 and my weapons are plus 8. i did the game in advance so i dont have to worry about it later when im done helping others or friends. i havent seen a summon sign in undead settlement and in halwway fortress. those are the area i want to hlep with since im only lvl 29.

That's probably because you're in the Grand Archives at level 29. That's generally a level 60-80 area, maybe even later. It's just before the end of the game, after all. You literally finish that boss then you're teleported to the end game boss without fighting any enemies between there. Try gaining like 50 levels and trying again.

no its not that i want to help there. i progressed through the game so i dont have to do it my self when my friends want to play or get help. i stayed at level 29 so i may be able to help out in the lower level areas like undead settlement or the halfway fortress.

Your weapon level is 8. That means you can only be queued with players that are from +6 to +10. I suggest leveling up and trying again, but don't raise your weapon level to 10 until you're going to get into the 90-120 meta.

It's C+0.1C+10 or C-0.1C-10
C being your character level and the formula shows upper and lower limit for the other character's level.

Gear upgrades on your person affect your Clvl, but we don't know how much.

People are reporting that stashing or discarding upgraded weapons doesn't matter, your character will be marked for +8 either way.

Use a password if you are just summoning friends. Passwords bypasses levels and weapon upgrades.
