Switching lock-on target with keyboard/mouse?

There was no way to switch targets by default and the game isn't letting me set the keybinds on my mouse. Am I missing something? If not, what keybinds do you guys find most convenient for it?

For me, moving the mouse in the direction of the target I want to switch to works while locked on, but it seems to be unreliable :/

there is an option in the keybinding menu that acts as lock on switch

i think it was the "camera left" "camera right" option or something

the keybind youre looking for in the menu says something about switching targets as well (its written in brackets i think)

i have bound it to E and Q - so there is definitely an option for it

i cant find the switch lock-on target key which one is it i dont see the symbol on my keyboard?
