Challenge Run Ideas

So after making it to NG10 on 2 characters now I have decided that this game is too easy, give me some ideas that will test my skills.
Currently completed challenges; No Death, No Bonfire, Sorcery Only, Sword Hilt Only, Fists Only and SL1.

One thing I've wanted to try is a parry run. You have to parry - riposte every enemy that is parryable. For non-parryable enemies, only consumables can be used.

Saw one guy fight in the Red arena in DS2 with weapons he didnt have the stats for, and still managed to kill his opponent.

Try no upgrade, insufficient stats run.

My personal favorite, No estus, broken strait sword only, sl1 , no upgrades, and if you're up for it no rolling. I saw some guy do this on twitch. :3

I'm not sure if a backstep would count as a roll or not but if it doesn't this challenge is already done :p

Go and check Dark Souls 3 Aggression mod, its a CE script so play offline just to be sure, its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing, its the NG+ we will never have thanks to miyazaki.
Im on NG+12 with a black knight cosplay (ocassionally using firelink GS for slugs or worm enemies) and its EPIC, i didnt stop leveling tho. so check that out! You can even give the enemies the obscuring ring effect, ALSO, areas like Irithyll or the bridge before the twin princes become literally Call of duty, you will never, ever face 1 enemy alone anymore.

EDIT: its Zullie's aggression mod, idk if there are other knockoffs out there but zullie's is the best PERIOD.

IF you have enough consumeables it's easy enough just time consuming.

You can't because item quatity is too low. Unless you can pull something stupid like bleed for 10k damage every 5 kukris I don't see someone killing Yhorm with consumables only.

I'm assuming you can't use any other source of damage, including your bare fists.

No upgrade materials, SL 30. I completed that one and it was freaking tense as hell. No healing runs are nice. No armor would be fun...? If this game is too easy you could just see how far you can take a SL1. Try SL1 with no upgrades, that would be killer!

Or, pure pacifist run. Only use computer controlled phantoms to kill the bosses. The only spells you can have are healing spells, to use on the phantoms. I saw highlights from Otzdarva on youtube do that in DS2 and it was hilarious.
