My character can't run or roll in the game....x(

i encountered this problem after the patch 1.04. My char can only walk now, i try the alt key but it was no good. Any one has solutions to this?

Sorry for necroposting, but I had the same problem of an uncommon origin, so I decided to add some info here. I killed Vordt of the Boreal Valley and became the Host of Embers (unless I'm mistaken, use of an Ember has the same effect), and before that I put on a new piece of armor, heavier than previous, and everything was ok. After that I got killed, and then I found out that I can't run or roll. When I put on again the previously used element of armor instead of new one, the problem was fixed. Seems that the Host of Embers has slightly increased carrying capacity (but I found nothing about it in the Internet).

It doesn’t. You might have been right at 100% equip load, and for some reason being at a breakpoint can make the game confused. Rearranging your weapons (not de-equipping, just putting in different slots) can change what weight class you’re in, in those cases.

I cant run or jump (just started the game) and im not even close to 100% equip load, help?
