dark souls 2 combat is closer to 1.
but the lack of poise and the super heavy armors makes users lighter and gives them a push to use lighter weaponry
this is all your seeing..
an illusion
you always get the biggest down syndrome kids calling DS2 names but at its core it will be missed greatly by real souls fans.. the PVP was great with its endless PVP options (gear/items)
DS3 kinda limits the options.. pushes you to try select weapons or be punished for it..
you could start a heavy armor/weapon fight club if u want slow battles ?
This isnt your personal toilet.
Please refrain from spilling your bile on this community forum.
If you have nothing to contribute move along.
the mods will clear the trolls
The speed of a game's pace is just one factor of the combat picture.
Calling DS2 more "tactical" is a bit of a joke though.
Everyone link their dankest meme!
One might even say Dark Souls 3 was dumbed down to the max,
When you look back on 2 and all the build option, armour, weapons, sorcery, hex, pyro, poise,
The fact that you couldnt roll 8 times with 15 endurance to avoid all mobs.
We had sin for invading and killing hosts, which inturn would allow blues to use blue orbs to invade us cause we were ♥♥♥♥♥.
Rat covenant, you enter that area, dont like pvp?, too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bad. Same goes for bell bro's.
Dark Souls 3 has gone the way of a generic hack and slash with Souls lore.
It almost feels like Dark Souls 2 was Dragon Age: Origins and Dark Souls 3 is Dragon Age 2.
If you played both of those games you will know exactly what im talking about.
+1
I still like ds3 but it needs fixing... i like the pve part, world design, the ds 1 rehashes. Combat is debatable but would be more fun if tweaked hard. More often than not R1 spam is more effective than anything else and that i just don´t understand. Maybe $ > legacy
