Prince Lothric, no companion summons?
So, I play offline (yeah I know, that's how I like it though).
I don't see any summons on this guy, and he's ripping me a new one on the stage 2.
Anyone know what I need to do to get an NPC summon?

Thanks in advance!

you can summon Orbeck. you should see his sign somewhere outside at the very end of the bridge, in front of a good view of the darksign sun.

i'm not sure if you had to have brought him all the scrolls and bought his spells though.

You can summon Orbeck for that fight if you give him the 4 magic scrolls and buy all of his spells or Sirris if you complete her questline.

Sirris and Orbeck of Vinheim are avaible there if you followed their quest, too long to explain you would do faster by looking it up yourself. Not sure you can use Sirris anymore, depends on a lot of factors, but Orbeck should be quite easy to get him there.

If you followed Sirris or Orbeck questline, they appear as summons. Otherwise, time to go online :P

Sirris is very useful in that fight. At least she did a good job to me.

Hmmm. Already battled Sirris to the death (I won, woot) and I don't have the intelligence to fulfill the Orbeck questline..
Bummer. Might have to go online...
or man up and get that sheet done.
I've never had to call in backup on a souls game yet...except for Ornstein actually.

Thanks for the tips!

I don't know how useful Orbeck is for this fight, but Sirris is pretty weak. She doesn't drink Estus to heal, so when I summoned her she got destroyed by Lorian pretty fast because she couldn't cast any healing spells. It was better to fight alone.

How much you got in intelligence? If you equip the scholar ring it raise int by 5 points making it possible to trick him to talk to you.

When someone says he plays offline and doesn't own the game on Steam but still posts here, it's pretty suspicious.

Anyway, it depend on your playstyle. I play a STR build so I just brought Havel's shield and the fight was super easy. Otherwise you can hide behind pillars and bait teleportation.

Suspicious how exactly? What could I possibly be up to? It's exactly the snoops like yourself why I make it a point to hide my information. Thanks for the justification!

And I've been playing on the PS4 btw, as the PC port ran like a parakeet with an arrow through it's stomach when I tried it. I'm quite happy with my decision. Otherwise, I prefer PC.

I believe he was inferring you may be using a pirated version
