Finding dancer of the boreal valley?

So long story short, I didnt defeat the dancer early on in the game, and I was transported to fight him after I killed Aldrich. I died vs the dancer and dont know where he is now. Any help? Thanks!

It's on the opposite building where you fought the second boss. Y'know, where you had to show that banner to get to the Undead Valley. Just go upstairs and into the Cathedral.

Guys, I just saw a message on the ground early in the game. It said to attack the woman in that Cathedral in Lothric. Since I'm curious, I did. Now I got the boss fight I can't take on... And I think I messed up a quest or something ? Correct me If I'm wrong.

I need to know, how do you lower the ladders that go into the cathedral ? like preston stated above, do I attack the woman who is sat under them ?

You have to kill the dancer

I'm not gonna have fun, I'll just progress little further and come back. What I'm asking is, Did I miss a quest or something? Because she was talking to me about saving something. And when I killed her I got the basin of vows.

You have to fight the dancer, but not for a long time. You can't use the basin of vows until the dancer is dead, and that unlocks the castle ladder
