Will this npc still invade after high lord wolnir is killed? I wasnt embered on the run to the boss and he didnt invade, now boss is dead cant seem to get him to invade now im embered.

Sadly no, had the same issue.
Try in New Game+ again.

Ok, been trying for half an hour or so wondering why and only just realised its probably because of boss being killed, thanks for confirming.

I don't know why you want him to invade but he can be found alive in the world as a enemy, kill him and you get his gear. doesn't matter if you've killed the area boss or not.

Ok where is he found? I just read that the shrine handmaiden starts selling a certain armor set when hes killed.
