Dancer is making me so med

i know i need to git gud... but any tips... it's aggrovating me so much and i have lost 20 embers due to the fog wall glitch

i usually like to run around the left side of her body, makes it easy to dodge her grab, other than that, be careful, do like 2 hits at a time and back off

Strafe hit her. Don't get greeedy. when she does he whirlwind attacks roll backwards, then through her on the last one for several punish attacks.

Stay close to her booty, not only it is good looking, but it allows you to land a couple of attacks before she tries to do spinning attack.

Yes, but the majority of people will be fighting her well before they can get the swordspear, so its not really that helpful.

The fight is really simple, to be honest. Just killed her at lvl 30 solo

As I like to say, you gotta harass the ass. Stay on it, try using a quick weapon. Straight swords are preferable, +4 heavy broadsword did the trick for me.
Don't try to block, at all. Throw away your shield, or equip grass crest for the stam regen and put that ♥♥♥♥ on your back.

The first phase is really easy, you just have to avoid being grabbed because it WILL one shot you.

The second phase is fairly easy too, you can roll through most of her attacks no problem. If you see her start spinning more then twice with both her weapons, get some distance quickly until she finishes spinning to win.

Her biggest opening in her 2nd phase is when she takes both her weapons and slashes an upward X in front of her. You can easily roll through this and get 2-3 hits.

The ♥♥♥♥ is the matter with you? No one who has that weapon is fighting the Dancer in NG.

It's not the worst thing in the world. Just get a deep infused lothric knight sword, or something quick. As the Dancer is weak to dark attacks.

Or just get a catalyst and a few ashen estus flask charges and spam some heavy soul arrows while she's not chasing you around.

like it's mechanics arent even hard, i normally die because of some stupid camera angle, or that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ grab she does

Just enjoy the beautiful dance and don't go hollow! I haven't yet been able to help properly in the fight cause I keep doing terrible, but the boss fight is just so damn gorgeous. (Sorry for fanboying.)
