cos....i just beat him on...third try? (as in actually trying the third time)

admitatly i have a washing pole +9 and i need to beat that dude in lothric castle (the lord)

but...i watched someone with a FGS (fume greatsword) two handing it lose over 5+ times so far

did i get lucky?...on his second stage after charging he parked himself in a corner..couldn't get out and just kept swinging his tail while i did the zero punctuation strategy and burrowed my face in his "junk" and just healed when i got hit...kept slashing and..he died

he didn't even do his ice AOE....

He's objectively the easiest boss in the game. I perfected him solo my first try.

Really, because I'd say that's the Crystal Sage.

I beat him solo first try and there was only 1 other boss I did that on in the whole game

He is not hard, especially if you stay near him. His only strong moves are his charge and his «tantrum».

NO. It's all catered to you casuals since Dark Souls 2. You need to GIT GUD if you can't kill him on your first try.

His charge has horrible tracking and is EXTREMELY punishable when he smacks into a wall with it. He's pretty easy.

Heavy weapons are kinda tough to use against alot of bosses, so that could explain a guy struggling.

No, because Crystal Sage can actually put up a small fight in NG+, the consumed king never does.

He is really not hard. If you have a proper shield, you only need to dodge his crystal breath. So how can it be hard if a boss have only one threatening skill...

No. He's a side boss. Not even required to finish the game. It's story filler.

When I fought him he spammed his ice AOE but didn´t move an inch in the first phase.Second phase was quite boring really. The worst thing about his AOE spamming was that I did not have any ranged weapons with me besides few throwing knives.
Still, Oceiros was harder than Wolnir who stood no chance to a Zweihander.
