It makes almost nothing. If you have a male character you will walk with the arms less opened and vice-versa. The sounds will remaind unchanged

Unless there is something, somewhere, that changes based on the slight differences in gestures/actions/movements for either gender, it's pretty much just an RP/fashion souls thing.

i never played it to completion, the port was too bad to play with a mouse and keyboard and the mods to fix it never worked for me so technically this is my first souls game ive completed

a quick read of the ring would have given you the information you need to know who it belonged to, regardless of if you played, however.

sorry, i was too confused as to the rings purpose to read about it, i prefer to just talk to people about it because i mean theres a community of remotely nice people who i can ask and have some jokes about the item or learn new things with lol
