Symbol of Avarice?

I have already cleared out all the mimics in this game, but no symbol of avarice. Some people said that clearing out all the chests will get you one, but that's confirmed not true. I went back and checked every mimic chest according to the wiki and various guides and they're all gone. Any way of getting one without going to new game plus?

I actually got 4 symbols of avarice on my first playthrough with nothing but a gold covetous serpent ring...

Been using a lloyds talisman on the 2 outside of yhorm's area, what seems like 50 times now and nothing. I even used Rosaria's respec option and gave myself 99 luck. Crystal rapier and gold coins don't seem to be helping much, either.
