How is Estus flask regenerating by itself?

i think after a few souls u get , or a certain amount of enemys killed, or being embered for a while, might cause that

It's probably the same as in DKS1. Players in other worlds igniting bonfires = extra estus for you.

I think it's from killing enemies in the area, kind of like the liquid humanities you could get in DS1.

cannot be confirmed yet, but most speculations include: killing tough enemies (red eye ones etc.), killing a lot of enemies, time-based in ember form, X amount of souls collected etc.

Definitely when you defeat some tougher enemies, but it also happens other times...

Yes, that's new and very useful in my opinion. There is a 100 percent chance for some enemies or if you kill a lot enemies. It's like the humanity in Dark Souls - you could increase up to 99 you could get with killing enemies in a row.

I remember liquid humanity gain had a subtle litle effect and i see something similar happening here.

I seem to get them after killing certain enemies that don't respawn. Like the fat, halberd guy in Lothric.
