Best Small Parry Shield?

Buckler, Target Shield, or Small Leather Shield?

I see the target shield has the most stability and physical defense, but which one in your guys' experience is the best?

Also, is it worth reinforcing?

I've been using the buckler only, so I'll vote for the buckler.

Well I parry better with the small shields.

I prefer the target shield because it looks cute :D

I have no idea which one is better when it comes to numbers :p

i just use the parry dagger, less weight and god forbid actually blocking, dodge or parry is all you need

Honestly the best way to go with a parry shield. You shouldn't be blocking with it so the stats don't matter.

Yea, since the roll is basically a godmode hack anyway.

They all have the same parry window so just use the one that gets you the most stability/defense within your weight ratio.

They matter when you miss a parry.

Target shield and Buckler seem to have similar parry animations (better one) but somehow buckler for me had way more better success rate. Anyone know if it has more frames?

I use a small leather shield to acompany my offhand dagger from Faron GS. Vs fast weapons like estoc / dark sword R1 spam I always swap to SLS because it's impossible to parry 3rd hit with the offhand dagger of Faron (I tried a lot in practice duels it's just not viable, sure you can parry the 1st hit if you predict it right, and rolling / running attack).
