Oceiros is the hardest boss IMO

He deals some crazy damage, is super aggresive and has some very hard to dodge attacks

Or u could do the cheese where if you get him into his 2nd form of frenzy mode you can lure him on to the right part of the tree in the room next to the door & then sprint tothe door while he is charghing at you & going no where. Now after that make sure you have a bow(obviously matters if its upgraded......+3 works) with 99 standard or large arrows & dont miss 80% of your shots which is about 70 arrows(horrible math but it is near). So yeah he is 1 of the easiest bosses in the game and not the easiest.

He is the off-spring of dragons, so yes, he is weak to lightning. Either that, or he is so obsessed with Seathe the Scaleless, and he dedicated his time to become more like him (According to his lore, from the Soul he carries and the items you can create)

Nevermind, I just watched the video and I did get hit a few times. I just remembered him missing me all of the time. I still beat him solo on my first try though.

Doubt he's the hardest. I went into his arena w/ 2 flasks becuase I wasn't even aware that I was walking into that fight. Got him on my first try once I realized he was just a dash spammer.

Hardest boss for me, using a big slow UGS. He's just fast enough to avoid half my attacks and hits just hard enough to knock me out of even the R2 charge of the black knight UGS R2.

He has a couple of dead zones where he just passes over you with his attacks. If you hang out near his taint it seems he can only hit you with his AoE mist attack and his tail swipe.
