You mean to get there? (Vordt's Bonfire) Or after she dies? (In the same room)

I don't know what Blade Dancer is, but if you mean Dancer of the Boreal Valley, it appears in the boss room when you kill the boss.

Probably mark this as a spoiler.

In the room that had the old lady that gave u the covenenat and flag before you fought vordt (secind boss).

Walk up the stairs past the knights, from the vordt bonfire.
