Church of Yorshka Tower

How to get up there ? Theres a Bonefire in the Church and two Exits and one small Room like a circle with nothing in it but some thing above. Its the Tower of the Church but there is no way to go up there, at least not before the Boss. But i know that there is a way up because i saw Player Text signs up there.

Go to Anor Londo bonfire. That turnstile elevator that took you up there? go down the stairs, jump at the edge, and you'll walk on an invisible path to the top of that tower. There's a bonfire there too. That's also the place where you talk to the lady in charge of the Darkmoon covenant.
