These lands are twisted and winding undead. You may catch glimpses of warriors from other worlds during your travels. Pay them no heed and focus on your task at hand.
So, I doubt there'd be any actual interaction with them.
I've never had that happen, ever. In any souls.
Also, the gear you see on them is not actually exactly reflective of one is wearing, proven by your own blood stains.
