Best dual wield DEX weapons?

I like Onikiri and Ubadachi a lot, but dancer's enchanted swords seem to be the best.
Which dual weapon do you suggest me to use and why?
I'm using a DEX build.

Uchi + Chaos Blade reinforced to the max + Lightning buff.
Why? Because it is literally cancer, everybody hates it and it works.

Sharp Dual Longswords are also quite good. Drang Spears are also a faovurite of mine.

Because roll+R1+R1+rollback+rollback is all you need when using katanas.

Ah got it... well i was looking for something funny, not op.
I'm trying to make a character that looks like an assassin with dual weapons, i don't really care about op weapons, i just wanna have a funny weapon to use that does a good damage.
PS: Also, if all i would need to do is pressing R1, why the second weapon?

Well if you're looking to just have some fun, just pick a weapon you like for its moveset or its look and use a sharp gem on it (or even refined if you have some strength). Most weapons are viable if you level them up right.
As for the double weapons, it's because the roll+R1 is a thrust with two katanas (I think so?) plus you can looks skillful and smart by using L1 from time to time.

I personally use Chaos Blade and Rapier, Chaos Blade has reach and some neat skill moves while the Rapier is extremely fast and is good for shield users.
I also use the Dragonslayer Greatbow which I usally use to initiate fights.
