How to do a fresh SL1 ng +7?

Hi there, I have been looking around the internet for around 30 minutes and I still cannot find anyone explaining how to start a new game with a fresh character at ng+7, or any ng + for that matter.
I am not sure if I am not very bright today or if I am missing something.
Could someone please explain to me how to do it or give me a source?

If you wanted to do a SL1 playthough you could just dump all your points into something like Vit.

I'm assuming you're meaning you want to skip to ng+7 and do a sl1 starting from there? I'm afraid all I know is that it has something to do with cheat engine

You don't, you play through x times with that sl1 character.

I know there is a way because there are a lot of challege runs about it and I have seen pleople who use it talk about cheat engine being involved.

oh, thats cheating, just go get cheat engine and set your ng level with it.

dont use cheat engine, even offline, you'll get banned.

better way probably is to get the skull ring and the calamity ring and transfer them to your new character.

easier to be detected + take double damage, might as well be ng++++ or something.

You can't skip New Game cycles. You have to play all the way to NG+7 with a level 1 if that's what you want. I guess you could use cheat engine, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of that sort of thing? Plus, at SL1, almost everything kills you in one hit anyway, so...why the hell would you want to bring on into NG+7? Seems like a waste of time and effort!

Get the game by umm, ya know...
And use ce there.

Because I want to start a game where everything kills me easily but I get a huge amount of souls from everything I kill so I unlock habilities and stats very fast. I dont mind being offline.

No option for it pal. If you wanna do SL1 run you gotta go through 7 NGS.

Lobos did a kirk armor run only(used cheat engine to get it ) (no weapons just the armor) in offline mode and didnt get banned so changing your NG level to +7 in offline mode. Which means its probably fine putting it higher more of a dissadvantage anyway.
