Siegward gone

So, I am at chapel, all short cuts opened, Patches is in Firelink Shrine but still no Siegward in the well. I killed the fire demon together with him, talked to him until he wen asleep and now he is nowhere to be found.
Any fix to this or do have to kill Yhorm the annoying way now?

He appears there after you kill Deacons of the Deep for some reasons.
Or maybe after few other bosses more.
For some reasons FromSoft REALLY wants you to comeback to that well later on, when you have nothing else to do in the area anymore

Luckily there is a bonfire 20 feet from it.

You need to have rested at the Rosaria bonfire, openned the opposite shortcut and killed the Deacons.

Did you get the Sleep gesture when you helped him at the fire demon? That triggers him to move on.

i think you need to kill the watchers AND the deacons at least thats what i did before going to the well

Seems like I forgot the sleep gesture, returned to that ruined village and there was no onion to be found... I guess Siegward has gone into the NPC limbo for me now.

Have you triggered patches to move to firelink? If not, then go the elevator up in the firelink tower.
