P.S People hate dark sword bc it's r1 spam is a bit fast, honestly just don't do that and use what weapons you like.
Im planning to stick around SL 60 - 80. At what point does refined c/c begin to outclass b/-?
Here is the thing: people complain about parry spam more than dark sword spam, and parry spam naturally counters dark sword spam. It's easy to work in the .5 pounds of a caestus, so so literally everyone can hard counter dark sword spam if they wanted to. Instead, they refuse to adapt, and that is on them, not you. If they can't parry the dark sword user, then the issue isn't the weapons, it's skill.
In short, everything can be countered, use whatever the heck you want, but bring more than one trick to the party or you're going to get countered.
Just putting that out there.
