Demon's Fist Build Suggestions

Hey everyone, it's the Moonlight Warrior here. My room mate needs help with coming up with build based around the Boss Weapon; Demon's Fist. If you have any suggestions for him regarding, stats, armor, rings and side weapons.

High strength with good faith/int is a must. Dex isn't particularly useful iirc, so put those points into faith and int. You will also need a lot of stamina, so put points into endurance. As for rings, either Pontiff rings are handy as you're gonna want to spam the fists, along with Farron ring. Side weapons would be any sort of parrying shield (infused w/ simple for that sweet mana regen), or if you really need it a fast, long weapon to finish somebody off.
