The hardest boss, easiest boss, best boss, and worst boss.

Hardest: Pontiff Sulyvahn (Too aggresive for a mid game boss)
Easiest: Crystal Sage (to passive)
Best: Abyss Watchers (a beautiful fight to watch plus the lore)
Worst: Pontiff Sulyvahn (the difficulty level is just horrible design)

It actually has an entirely different model and function. It's just a Fromsoft throwback yo.

the special attack is the same though.

Still it's not really a recycle. Demon's Souls and Dark Souls aren't related. Fromsoft like to carry over iconic weapons. The Moonlight Greatsword is in more or less every game they've ever made.

Hardest: Dancer, due to the mixture of instant and delayed attacks, high damage, and deceptive openings

Best: Tough choice. I'd probably give it to Soul of Cinder due to the diversity of styles in his first phase, overall fairness while being a challenge to the average player, and atmosphere. Other bosses I was thinking of were Twin Princes, the Pontiff, Chanpion Gundyr, and Nameless King.

Easiest: Wolnir is the one boss who has never killed me no matter my build or level and it's a wonder if he even hits me.

Worst: Oceiros, mainly due to his completely untelegraphed charge attack that can easily one shot you at low vigor (and presumably higher NG cycles). Mechanically, there isn't much else to make him stand out and his second phase is actually rather easy to cheese.

Hardest : Abyss Watchers, ( Idk why but it took me 6 - 9 hours )

Best : Nameless King

Worst : Oceries, Fire Demon and Vordt of the boreal valley ( all you have to do is stay under them )

Hardest: Pontiff Sulyvahn (I can't parry to save my life)
Easiest: Deacons of the Deep (Good idea, poorly executed)
Best: The final boss (I don't want to spoil it, but the music is awesome and so are his moves. He isn't too easy but he isn't too hard, just about right)
Worst: Yhorm the Giant (This might seem a little harsh, but he was hyped up. He was in the trailer and is a LORD OF CINDER! He should be an actual challenge. The Storm Ruler is cool and should be used in battle, but he shouldn't be nearly as affected by it as he is now.)

Try the Deacons solo with a pure Sorcerer build and you might change your opinion on them...

Hardest: Dragonslayer Armor
Best: Sulyvahn (DA and Nameless are Honarable Mentions)
Worst: Deacons

Easiest: Edward the Franchise owner (He looks like Robin Willians. I giggle every time I see him)

Hardest: Mechanics only, Nameless, but never have I been shat on more than by pontif when I first saw him
Easiest: Well I mean Yhorm was bc I had someone tell me what to pick up
Worst: Wyvern. Not fun at all, just running past some enemies. The messages couldn't have made it more obvious
Best: Abyss watchers. Soundtrack, Lore, Difficulty is well balanced first time round, love both the weapons

Hardest: Dancer of the Boreal Valley (my fault for not having 100x50% perfect roll timing)
Easiest: Iudex Gundyr (it's a tutorial boss, it's expected)
Best: Nameless King (design and the arena are just so amazing, and the boss is just fun to fight)
Worst: Ancient Wyvern (i dont even want to consider this as a boss, if it werent for the enemies, no one would die or have problems at all unless you screwed up the jump)

Hardest: Dancer because of those dodge timings
Easiest: Iudex, but that was the tutorial boss. Otherwise, Vordt.
Best: Abyss Watchers for obvious reasons, with Soul of Cinder being a close second (I know I'll get hate for that)
Worst: Tie between the two big gimick bosses, the giant and the dragon. (Yes I know they're Demon Souls refrences)

Don't get me wrong, a gimick boss can be done well, but... these were not.

Best: Tied between Nameless King, Twin Princes and Dragonslayer Armor, especially for the music
Easiest: Vordt/Wolnir
Worst: Demon King, because you can just stand under him and almost never be hit and finish him off in a matter of seconds.
