Below 30%: Fast rolling
over 30%-70%: Mid rolling
over 70%: Fat rolling, slower stamina regen
over 100%: can't roll or sprint, absurdly slow stamina regen
Armour in general has had a variety of changes in how it works. You are actually better off using light-medium armour as heavy is now rendered mostly pointless, due to a differing poise system and low defence bonuses in general.
If you exceed 70% weight, you take a slight hit to stamina recovery; past 100%, you get a severe penalty.
this
although, I'm only as good as the source.
edit: personally I don't know why people don't google these things

Because wikis tend to be wrong. Like this paragraph
"Stamina has a hard cap at 40 endurance, where it maxes out at 160. The only way to have more than 160 stamina is by wearing the Ring of Favor."
That's false. At 99 END you have 170 stamina. It does not max out, but putting more points in it would be pretty much stupid if not going for max level.
Regardless from my own experience it -seems- correct
Also why, you can't simply rely on one source.
OP armor makes no difference what so ever. my pvp setup consists of prisoners chain + lightning clutch ring one on of my alts, he has 1 absorption and like 100 defence. there's literally no difference in the amount of hits I survive compared to when I tried full havels. and had 30% plus about 170 defence.
When poise breaks, you don't get hyper armor (meaning you'll get staggered mid-swing). Since poise regenerates (it's not determined exactly how quickly), you have to get hit repeatedly before you'll start to lose hyper armor. (Like From said, it's very situational.)
