Sex/appearance change?

Hey so earlier today my little niece made a character on Dark souls 3 (only 4years old) and guided me through killing bad guys, sad thing is she made the character a massive pink woman with no eyes, no hair on her head but lots on her chest and chin. I like to make my characters looks cool/realistic and was wondering if there is a place I can change her. Atm im a sorcerer at cathedral of deep and cba to start again because I have had 0 deaths and I feel if I restart I would die many times.

Its a good thing that you are at the cathedral because there is an npc that will let you shange your appearance or stats for a price(one pale tongue). Her name is Rosaria and she should be in Rosarias chamber. Please note that you can change yourself max 5 times per NG

You can however wear the Ring of Reversal which swaps gender based poses.

She is also very bossy and I remember rosaria now she also allows respeccs

Gender isn't a huge issue it looks like a dude atm just the voice is high

The game changed my sex somewhere between character creation and the road of sacrifices. I made an old man character for a tank build and I found out about the change when I met Anri. I had a helmet on the whole time. Looking for a fix. Posted on FROM Software's Twitter because I don't know where I can post bugs.
