Location lore questions
So I have a few qustions about some of the locations in the game.

First of all. Is it taking place in Lordran? I assume it is. Nothing else would make sense :/

Secondly. Is Irithyll and Anor Londo right beside eachother?

Is Irithyll actually Eleum Loyce?

If this is taking place in Lordran (Which still would only make sense if it did) Where is taking place at? Compared to the first game. Like you know, Undead Burg and Darkroot Garden. I assume they must be VERY close, since Anor Londo is in the game.

If Anor Londo is in the game and that connects to Sen's Fortress, but here in DS3 it also connects to Irithyll, then where the hell is Sen's Fortress in DS3?!

And lastly... Why the hell would it be snowing in Anor Londo, when we see it all sunny in DS1? I mean, of course one could always say, it's because it's winter. But if it's connected to Irithyll of the BOREAL valley, then how can it be sunny in the first game?! To those who doesn't know, Boreal is a term for a cold area, with low tempature (Long winters and cold brief summers)

This Anor Londo, Irithyll thing really bothers me....

In DS3, the Ashen One has begun twisting reality itself to make conditions easiest for themself to take vengeance against the Lords who have given up their duty. In "reality", most places aren't where we see them in DS3, like Carthus' Catacombs are underneath a desert rather than outside a northern city.

In fact, at most times the Ashen One is in, the Firelink Shrine doesn't exist. Though, because it's their home, they can return to it regardless

Same deal with people, like Solaire says in DS1, the world is unstable enough that some people can "come and go"; but all people the Ashen One wants to affiliate himself with exist at the same time, even if they're from different times, quite conveniently.

Also, all people who are affiliated with you take note of the geography-warping, like Cornyx

DS3 takes place EONS after DS1. Did you see the dead firekeepers in firelink shrine (in the tower)? Each one had a chosen one of her own, and every firekeeper died after DS2 took place. Let's call this a cicle. So between DS2 and DS3 there were hundreds of circles at least. Between DS1 and DS2 there were also lot's of cicles, noone knows how many.

So why is there no Sens fortress and stuff: because things change with time. That simple.
