But yeah let's just, you know, bring back Dark buffed Dark Chaos Blade you know, it's just too weak for a build that shouldn't focus on Dex.
I don't even use katanas, but I'm really happy about the nerf. That weapon is pretty absurd. I just thought it was common knowledge that it was the best, bar none.
- Amazing damage with ONLY DEX investment, no STR.
- Has the same parry frames, startup and active, as caestus. The other katanas have a parry like Medium shield, according to the testings (no info about black blade)
- Does not need to be buffed or resined (cant). After 60-90 seconds, when the enemy buff runs out, your katana gets the highest damage for the whole fight. A worst starting, but the better average damage.
- Cheap battle arts (Washion pole battle arts are EXPENSIVE)
- Good range, second better after washing pole, but read previous point
I LOVE WEAPONS that cannot be resined or buffed, or infused weapons that gets the better average power and also cannot be buffed or infused. All my weapons in my game were non-buffable ones (Chaos blade, Morion blade, Black knight sword, Bleed Corvian scythe)
It's not that, but what i said. Non-buff weapons have a better AVERAGE damage, and wins when the other weapon loses the buff, just dont allow them to buff again and GG. I personally hate buffs and resins, it's just whatever playstile you like, buffable weapons are not better
