High Lord Wolnir impossible to beat?

I died 3 times in a row with 2 phantoms on this boss without beating even half of his health.
Is there any way to kill this SOB? We tried hitting his bracelets, but the little skeletons eventually killed us all, or his dark breath or whatever.

Can kill Wolnir before he even makes the first attack (besides his arm slam the first time), might be the easiest boss in Souls 3.

It depends on the player and also luck. I saw videos of players kill for example the Nameless King for the first try, others died a lot before killing him..

I had a little trouble with him teh first time because I didn't know what to do and I gave him time to catch me in that fog he sprays.. but once you know how to kill him you can take him down before he has a chance to do anythig.

Just rush that left bracelet immediately, (the single one) then wait for his arm to slam and take out one of his right bracelets, then wait for another slam and take out the second one.
You should be able to break the bracelets in one go if you don't miss a swing.

well from basically gives us a message with wolnir 'if you see shiny bracelets then break them to kill the boss'

This is one of the easiest bosses in the game. All you have to do is hit his braclets, and stay out of his mist.

hes "high" lord wolnir for a reason,hence the mist

Ok now I could make a 'cannot kill the dog/wolf something beast in the next area' thread. He killed me 4 times and I couldn't bring down half of his health. His move set is too quick, I cannot dodge 50% of his attacks. this game gets hard now..

okay heres how i do it usually now,i let him appear and run back to where i entered the bridge,just go behind the entrance and hit him,he ll dissappear again,i go back to the bridge let him appear and then do the same,ez kill then

It's really hard to resist the urge to throw the controller to the ground. :) (I did it once while playing DS2)

Hes easy... its just... im in ng+ now for the first time and i have died to him twice, he always has a sliver of health left, and i just cant hit his single bracelted arm without getting 3 shotted by mist
