Don't do that! Playing offline and then going online flags your account; you get softbanned because the data on your character doesn't match up with what's on their servers, so they think you've modified your character to cheat.

They fixed it? I remember that being an issue a while back. There were threads about it.

If playing offline with a save u have that's been online gets u soft banned the outrage would of been so great that from would of been forced to un-ban a massive list of legit players or these players would just opt for a refund due to a dodgy ban system from the developer making the game unplayable for a huge base of players
