players cheating 100%
Something came to my attention recently about completing games 100%. Do players actually cheat achievements in ds3? Some people's achievements look extremely sus.

Also players achieving 100% in sub 70 hours in more recent years when the player base is much smaller, making it almost impossible to acquire covenant items in a timely manner.

70 hours should be more than enough to get ALL The achievements, provided you are hurrying the ♥♥♥♥ up. First blind playthrough takes like 40 hours, 30 hours is perfect to rush through 2 and 3rd playthroughs.

As for covenant rewards - the game always has a way to grind them via normal enemies. It is VERY grindy, but it is possible.

Some play offline and at times they don't pop until going online then you can get several all at same time. I questioned a couple of players and that was their response. Also they can be bugged and others have used a programme called Sam that you can give yourself the achievement

Yeah but in less than 70 hours with only grinding covenant items is very close to being impossible. I legit spent close to 8 hours farming sunlight medals with gold serpent +3, symbol of avarice and using rusted gold coins. Just to get 10. I have yet to get 20 more, then also do mound makers, blade of the darkmoon and watchdogs of farron.

Yeah you can buy covenant rewards from honest merchant and also all rings and spells so 1 play through should do to unlock 100% if someone wanted to cheat with honest merchant.

That's absolutely doable. And about covenant items, you can just dupe-trade 'em with a friend. We did it that way years ago, way before honest merchant even existed. Same thing that we did for the covenants items in DaS1, a few years earlier. And again, same thing we did even before DaS1 with the rare materials in DeS. That's not cheating, that's a smart time-saving move. Too bad BB removed that, it's always a pain to start a new character there.

People will typically just spawn everything in with CE/honest merchant for pvp builds, yes.

Unfortunately there's people that cheat in achievements on every game on steam and there's really nothing you can do about it. If you got all the achievements legit and you feel accomplished in doing so, then that's all that really matters in the long run.
