Can't find Anri

I found Anri twice in the catacombs and told her i didnt find Horace. Then i went down and killed him and continued on. WHen i made it to the Church of Yoshka though she wasnt there?

Anri moves to the church after you tell her of Smouldering Lake.
If Horace is alive when you do this, he'll kill her.
If Horace is dead when you do this, she won't find him and continue on to the Church alone.

Just go back to the area before Wolnir bonfire, and check to see if she's at the location near the bridge. If she isn't, and there's only a prism stone marking her location. Then she should be in the Church of Yorshka afterwards.

So i should continue to Aldrich and then get her?

I went back to the catacombs and the prism was there but she wasnt at the Church still

TBH, Skeleton and I are literally talking about this right now. It's quite the confusing flag-activator. Try going back down to Smouldering Lake where you killed Horace. Then go back to Church of Yorshka. Btw, you haven't killed Pontiff right? Don't kill him until you are able to speak to her.

No i haven't killed Pontiff yet. I did go back down to where Horace was then come back though.

Also not sure if its important but i told her i hadn't found Horace yet then killed him but then didnt tell i her again that i didn't find him

That's fine. As that's what I normally do for Usurpation questline. But I warp back to Shrine after slaying Horace, and return to the bridge before the Wolnir fight. She's always gone, and only a prism stone is remaining. I then fight Wolnir, move on to Irithyll, and she's at the Church of Yorshka with Pilgrim in tow.

My question is, have you angered Yuria/are you doing the Usurpation questline?

Ah no. When i talked to the pilgrim for some reason he never ended up coming to the shrine and so i never got Yuria. Maybe i should go back and try find the pilgrim and get Yuria then go back??

Damn, when i went back to the pilgrim he was dead. Not sure how and why that happened. WOuld this be why she wont turn up? I mean the pilgrim at the end of the bridge btw

Yeah, that's Based Yoel. He dies once you get past the Abyss Watchers, whether or not you talk to him.

It sounds like you talked to him, but didn't exhaust his dialogue to get to the point where he requests to join your service. Doing his questline (and later Yuria's) for gaining Sigils is what makes you "worthy" to be married to Anri, so I guess Anri got sent off to marry someone else.

dayum. Guess i have to wait for ng+1 for her sword. Or is there any other way??

Well her quest is over, but if you just want the sword you may find it and Anri's corpse in the Darkmoon tomb near the elevator to Anor Londo.

Doing my first playthrou and this time it's even harder than in DS1 to track all the npcs .. Missed like everyone i think :D
