100% Different Saves?
Are you able to 100% the game with having different save files? Like on one account, I have this, then on another, I have this, would it combine both saves and count for 100%?

Sorry, I meant to say like in game save files, I have my one save that is in NG+3 or something and it has rings and such there, I was just wondering that if it would be possible that it would count even if I was playing on a different in game save file

Not on different steam accounts.

Were you to combine save files using a tool, I am unsure, some achievements like all rings you would probably be able to get by dropping the rings one by one and picking them up if you adhere to the item drop limit, others I am not sure.

Make sure what achievement your after is done fully on 1 character though. Cant split between your saves for all rings or all spells
