Attacks that kill me (Champion Gundyr)

In my

SL 1 RUN.

I am currently stuck at Champion Gundyr.
There are some attacks that I have trougle at and usually lead me dead.
-kick.
-charge
-that combo where he brings you up with his halberd and then either shoulder smashed or kicked.
Help me before I lose my sanity.
If you also have additional advice i'll gladly take it.
Also, I already know that you can parry him.

However, I don't know the TIMING.
Also, I usually stop to heal.

Just think of how happy you will be once you finish that sl1 run. That should give you enough determination.

My main problem with him was the lack of stamina. So I used very light gears ( under 30% ) for faster rolls and stamina recovery. Used Carthus Milk Ring, and Flynns Ring to deal more damage. ( Other 2 rings: both Lloyds.)
Also I buffed my weapon with lightning resin. Got already a Raw Broadsword +10 at this point.
And yes, I know, I know. Still a noob and can't parry him.

I told about myself: I have issues to parry him. So I had to fight him the hard way. Took me 20 or more tries, I think.
