Sorcery scrolls are not in NG+

For whatever reason when I started NG+ I noticed that there are no sorcery scrolls anywhere around this time. It's not a big problem since I got all 4 of them in my first playthrough and bought all spells, but what is the reason for that? Everything else is the same, all weapons, sorcery tomes, miracle tomes, everything spawns in the same locations as in ng, but these items (Sage's Scroll, Golden Scroll etc) are not in game anymore.

Is it bug or something?

did you find them all the first time around? as far as i know all items appear in the game even NG+......

they are there, you just didnt look in the right spot

Sage's scroll and Golden scroll are in the Farron Keep area.
Logan's scroll is in the Profaned Capital.
Crystal Sage's scroll is in the Grand Archives.

Uh... There is a cave in Farron Keep area with scroll and armor set. I could miss other scrolls, but this one... I remember exact location of this scroll. Everything is on its right place. The set was in the chest. It's just scroll that is missing.
